Delete your ProConsult account
ProConsult is the diary and business assistant for visiting dental consultants. You can delete your account in the app (Settings → Delete account), on the website (Settings → Password & security), or here, without the app.
What happens
Your account is locked at once: every browser and the phone app are signed out, auto-renew is cancelled and your share links stop working.
After 14 days it is erased for good: clinics, patients, visits, consultations, notes, payments, expenses, lab work, library cases and every photo and document.
Kept: your ProConsult invoices and payment records for 8 years (tax law), and the security log (sign-ins, with IP address) for 1 year. Backups that still hold your data are deleted within about 6 months. The period you already paid for is not refunded.
Changed your mind? Until that day, tap the link in the email we send, or sign in on the website and choose “Keep my account”.
Ask for deletion
- Type the email you sign in with.
- Open the link we email you (it works for 60 minutes).
- Enter your password and confirm.
No longer have that email? Write to us from Settings → Help & support, or reply to any ProConsult email.
